Partnerships
Acting as a trusted partner for Nordic and European public donors, funds, and agencies is a primary goal of the Foundation. It seeks to create meaningful relationships that efficiently utilize resources to address global challenges.
Capacity Building
The Foundation focuses on strengthening global peace and security cooperation, including crisis management. It aims to build sustainable regional and local capacities, collaborating closely with local and regional experts.
Training
Providing collective and individual training is a key objective. The Foundation prepares professionals for international peace operations and humanitarian efforts, emphasizing integration, whole-of-government cooperation, and management in line with international standards.

He specializes in humanitarian aid, peacebuilding, and development, with expertise in IHL, strategy setting, policy development, training, and capacity building.

Dr. Resila A. Onyango is an Assistant Inspector General of Police and Spokesperson for Kenya's National Police Service. She holds a PhD and MPhil in Criminal Justice from CUNY, an MSc in Criminology from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor's in Education from Moi University. She is a certified UN Trainer, Regional Facilitator, and Military Observer. Dr. Onyango has taught at John Jay College, USAIU-Kenya, and facilitated courses in Kenya, Seychelles, Rwanda, and Burundi. Her research focuses on policing, terrorism, and comparative criminology, with a specialty in Policing, Diversity, and Gender Issues in Peace Support Operations.

She is also an expert in child protection training.
